We gladly accept returns of only new and unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items purchased from other retailers or resellers are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.
Returns must be accompanied by all original components and in the same condition it was received. It must be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packaging slip.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Hair Care & Product Usage
Wash your hair with a good quality shampoo, keep your hair and scalp clean by washing it regularly, Deep condition your hair to make it look smooth and shiny. Avoid tight hair styles that might pull and damage the hair shaft.
It depends on the hair, if you have normal to dry hair you can wash it once a week, but if you have greasy scalp, you probably need to wash more often like alternate days.
Use Née Belle Hair Conditioner post shampooing your hair. Make sure that you do not brush your wet hair. Use your fingers to untangle your hair under the water. As much as possible, air dry your hair. Do no use too much heat as heat styling tools can damage them. Trim regularly to get rid of split ends.
Shampoo cleans the scalp but at the same time, it leaves the hair dry. Née Belle Conditioner works by smoothing down the hair to making it look smooth and shiny. The shampoo works on the scalp and opens the hair’s cuticle, and the conditioner locks all the nutrients and seals it back.
First, make sure that you are not allergic to any product. If you do, avoid any product containing this particular ingredient. Otherwise, look for products without harmful chemicals. Look at the label on Née Belle’s packaging to be informed about our ingredients. All our products are formulated with high quality ingredients to suit your needs.
Apply the Hair Masque so it completely saturates the hair from scalp to ends. Leave on for 15-50 minutes under a thin plastic or thermal “heat cap” to permit the Hair Masque to penetrate the scalp and deep in the hair shaft. Rinse well and style as desired.
It’s not easy to determine hair-type on your own and we suggest you get initial help from a Professional Stylist. A stylist can examine individual strand from your head and test tensile strength and elasticity.
On a personal level, you can do a quick test:
Option 1:
Wet and dry your hair to see how your hair reacts to physical manipulation and treatments.
Option 2:
- Thin Hair: If you can barely feel the strand between your fingers, you have thin hair.
- Medium Hair: If you can feel the hair strand slightly, you have medium hair.
- Thick Hair: If you can distinctly feel the hair strand, you have thick hair.
There is no practical difference in men or women’s hair. What works on men’s hair works equally well on women’s hair and vice versa. Products that are marketed specifically for one sex or the other usually differ in the fragrance they add.
There are usually internal and external factors that impact normal air growth, like hormonal changes, genetic predisposition, excessive heat styling, etc. However, most times, hair is actually growing, but with breakage and split ends, normal growth isn’t noticeable.
