Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING, HANDLING & DELIVERY

C.D. Iles accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority shipping is processed to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in New York via USPS. Cosmétiques des Iles ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 business days from the time the order is placed. Priority orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will be processed the same day and shipped out within the 2-4 business day. Priority orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out within the 2-4 days of the next business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2~4 days. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.

Orders that contain a different shipping address from the billing address will be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted to provide the address on the credit card to be charged. This can delay the shipping time. Cosmétiques des Îles cannot guarantee expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. The fee rate charged is based on the shipping address and not the billing address. We currently do not ship to APO or FPO address.

Cosmétiques Des Îles uses the standard option available at USPS for its shipping services. Standard shipping 5-9 business days.

Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees which are levied once your package is delivered to USPS for shipping to its destination.

Track a Package: When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Cosmétiques Des Îles goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you receive your merchandise damaged, you can contact us at [email protected] for instructions on sending back the items so we can refund your amount or do an exchange for something else.

Restrictions: Returned merchandises to be acceptable must not be opened. Any open container or any tampered merchandise will not be accepted. Any item must be returned within 7 days after delivery to be eligible for exchange or refund. The shipping cost will be deducted from your total cost.

Refused Packages: If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Restocking fee: The restocking fee, deducted from your payment, is 15% of the price of the returned products.
  • Original and return shipping costs.
  • Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
  • The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
